	SAP systems operation Business Process Outsourcing Staff takeover	The focal point here was on replacing PAISY, the old application, with SAP Human Resources (HR). On the other hand, the decision had been made to outsource payroll account processing to the Service Unit at INFO AG in the course of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Associated with this was the takeover of one employee and the hiring of another member of staff in Stuttgart.
	IT Outsourcing	Basic operation of the operating system and services closely associated with the system, provision of the data center infrastructure, provision of SAN memory space and archives memory space, operation of multiplexer hook-ups, LAN operation at administrative headquarters, operation of diverse WAN routes, operation of the security platforms and applications.
	IT Outsourcing	Due to rapid growth in the number of staff, HPE decided to move from Oberhausen to a new company headquarters in Duisburg, effective October 1, 2007. INFO AG equipped the data center for this large-scale construction project and assumed operational responsibility for the sophisticated IT as the partner for IT outsourcing.
	IT Outsourcing Staff takeover	INFO AG provides handling and stewardship for IT operations at PFLEGEN UND WOHNEN Betriebs GmbH, a service provider that was recently taken over by Vitanas Hamburg GmbH. Besides added security, flexibility and efficiency, substantial cost savings in the IT sector that benefit both the company and its staff were also realized as a result of this step: The IT specialists at PFLEGEN UND WOHNEN were taken over by INFO AG.
	SAP systems operation	The contract was signed for a term of 3 years and offers around 750 application users an optimally usable SAP R/3 environment. SAP systems operation and stewardship are conducted by the new high-performance data center at INFO AG in Hamburg.
	Server operation SAP Basis operation SAP Application Management	Lubos Cerny, Head of the IT Systems/Organization Dept. at Quelle Bauspar AG, decided in favor of the DATEV IT Sourcing solution. As a result DATEV is responsible for professional server operation, including SAP Basis operation and SAP Application Management. To handle SAP DATEV is making use of services from INFO AG, an SAP Gold Partner.
